The Opportunity:
As the Procurement & Office Administrator you will be reporting to the Group Procurement Manager, you will have the important role of taking ownership of a range of Procurement Administration and Office Management duties. You should be proactive, organised, detail oriented and prepared to throw yourself into any task.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier management support (onboarding, offboarding and monitoring of suppliers)
- Supplier contract support (ensuring procurement documents are complete, timely and accurately filed)
- Adherence to company’s Supplier Policy
- Procurement reporting support
- Office management (including liaison with building management, consumables replenishment, liaison with Intent Office Managers in other countries)
- First aid / fire warden management

Experience and qualifications
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, MS Word & Excel
- Experience of dealing with confidential or personal data desirable
