The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced revenue-oriented Partner Sales Manager with advertising agencies experience who can establish relationships, set strategy, develop programs, identify opportunities, and connect Intent HQ and product resources with our partners. This position requires strategic alignment at the highest levels with our Partners to create mindshare for Intent HQ with the ultimate goal of accelerating revenue in our Telecommunication accounts with our Partners.
You will lead the development of the Intent HQ/Partner GTM with a primary focus on generating net new subscription license revenue with our partners, working with both their field sales and key partners. Pipeline and revenue growth are paramount, so you will be responsible for relationship building and growing the global number of joint opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Set strategy and direction for the Intent HQ/Partner relationship across all Intent HQ product and GTM functions
- Generate partner leads with communications service providers - CSPs
- Engage new partners at Executive level in a consultative solution sell, understanding and matching customer needs and objectives to our product set and proposition.
- Position and sell the Intent HQ AI insights
- Seek to understand our partner’ business challenges and advise on the value derived from our solutions to address their pains and opportunities.
- Become a trusted advisor to help our partners with their immediate needs, as well as their long term goals
- Accurately forecast your monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams; driving growth in your partner base
- Demonstrate a strong ability to cope with both technical, marketing and business topics and environments.
- Drive alignment on the Intent HQ/Partner Product Roadmap
- Build and implement a clear, concise plan to identify, and enable a global sales organisation including campaign development and delivery in the field
- Ensure that our partner field sales and reseller partners are able to successfully position & sell our solutions
- Leverage your skills to qualify opportunities, enable the partner field, and articulate partner initiatives to Intent HQ Sales
- Establish sales, marketing and reseller enablement and demand creation program
- Excel in team selling with and to large Ad agencies
- Be a key source of insight into competitive and partner landscape/strategy/news
- Design, implement, and fine-tune the Partner programs across these server partners to accelerate Intent HQ for Business revenue growth
What we’re looking for:
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance rewards
- Seek to achieve and exceed annual sales goals
- You have 5+ years of experience in working with partners selling complex software or managed services solutions to large CSP customers. Experience selling to CMO, CISSO is a plus
- You have 2+ years’ experience in the customer data analytics space
- Experience and relationships working with advertising agencies
- A love for AI and ability to tap into technology
- You have experience in agile working environments and are adaptable, resilient, able to thrive within the ups and downs of a fast-growing start-up
- A history of career progression and desire for professional development
- Experience owning the full sales cycle
- Highly motivated with a “ partner spirit” to develop new opportunities and grow business with partners
- Demonstrate strong sales achievement (i.e., consistent achievement at or above quota, or a history YoY growth in your target market)
- Phenomenal communication/presentation skills
- Flexible and resilient problem solver; our strongest teammates have a sense of urgency to resolve issues
- Thrive in a high energy team environment and enjoy sharing ideas and best practices
- Experience using digital selling tools such as HubSpot
- Experience working in a product focused SaaS/Platform business.
- You are confident navigating at Exec levels in large Telco’s
- You have experience implementing successful sales strategy transforming identified pain points into innovative solutions
- You have an ability to structure your own business KPIs, targets and partner account plans.
- Experience with Adobe & Pega systems
- You are able to deliver reporting (pipeline, forecast, win-loss ratio) in order to manage achievement of target
