About IntentOne

IntentOne is Intent HQ’s opportunity intelligence platform: it finds the revenue opportunity in a business’s existing customer data, then acts on it at the moment of maximum relevance — without personal data ever leaving the device. IntentOne is sold and delivered both directly and through a growing ecosystem of partners, and this role exists to make that ecosystem self-sufficient at scale.

The Role

This is a new, senior individual-contributor role responsible for designing and running Intent HQ’s partner certification program for IntentOne. It sits deliberately between Product Delivery and Customer Success, and covers three distinct partner populations: global systems integrators (GSIs) such as EY, Accenture and Deloitte; technology and hyperscaler alliances such as AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure; and boutique partners, most of whom operate as value- added resellers (VARs). The mandate is to certify these partners in IntentOne, equip them to train and deploy that knowledge through their own sales and delivery organisations, and get them to a point where they can implement and run IntentOne for their own customer base as confidently as Intent HQ can. The role also carries responsibility for joint go-to-market with certified partners and for shaping any joint ventures that come out of those relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Certification Program

• Design, build and own an end-to-end IntentOne certification program spanning GSIs, technology/hyperscaler alliances, and boutique/VAR partners.

• Define certification tiers, curricula and assessment criteria appropriate to each partner type, plus a renewal and re-certification cadence.

• Own the certification roadmap, and track attainment, expirations and renewals across the partner portfolio.

Partner Enablement & Training

• Build train-the-trainer programs so certified partners can independently train their own sales and delivery organiSations on IntentOne.

• Develop enablement content — product training, implementation playbooks, delivery methodology and sales collateral — tailored to GSI, hyperscaler and VAR audiences.

• Support partners as they build their own delivery capability, so they can implement and run IntentOne for their own customer base, not just Intent HQ’s.

Partner Onboarding & Delivery Readiness

• Own onboarding across the full partner portfolio, from global systems integrators through to hyperscaler alliances and boutique VARs.

• Act as the connective tissue between Product Delivery and Customer Success, ensuring partners are technically and operationally ready before they run live implementations.

• Define the delivery standards and quality bar a partner must meet to be certified to deliver IntentOne independently.

Go-to-Market & Joint Ventures

• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Alliances leadership on joint go-to-market motions, co-selling and campaigns with certified partners.

• Identify, shape and help negotiate joint ventures with strategic partners where they make commercial sense.

• Represent the certification program in partner business reviews and senior partner relationships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

• Operate as the primary link between Product, Delivery, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing on all matters of partner readiness.

• Track and report on certification coverage, partner-delivered implementations and overall program health.

• Continuously improve the program based on partner feedback, delivery outcomes and product change.

What We’re Looking For

• A senior individual contributor with a proven track record of building a partner certification or enablement program from the ground up, ideally within a SaaS, martech or AdTech business.

• Direct experience working with global systems integrators (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, Cognizant) and with hyperscaler technology alliances (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).

• Experience enabling boutique and value-added-reseller partners, not just large strategic accounts.

• Genuine comfort operating at the intersection of Product, Delivery and Customer Success — equally credible designing a curriculum and running an executive partner conversation.

• Strong program design, training/enablement and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build something from scratch rather than run an existing playbook.

• Experience with partner relationship management (PRM), learning management (LMS) or sales enablement tooling (e.g. Salesforce, PartnerStack, Docebo, Highspot) is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud/SaaS delivery models; experience with customer data, martech or AI-driven personalisation products is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience structuring or negotiating joint-venture or other formal commercial partnership models.

• Existing relationships within GSI or hyperscaler partner organizations.

• Exposure to multi-region delivery, including markets with local certification, language or regulatory nuances.

What Success Looks Like

• A certification program live and running across GSI, technology alliance and boutique/VAR partner tiers.

• A growing base of partners certified and independently delivering IntentOne implementations for their own customers.

• Shorter partner time-to-first-implementation, and measurable partner-sourced or partner-delivered pipeline and revenue.

• Clear, joint go-to-market motions in place with key partners, and at least one active joint venture under evaluation or underway
