The Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer to handle technical problem-solving, automate processes, set up and maintain A/V and network equipment, and implement security best practices. As a key person in our Workplace Technology team, this role is ideal for someone who likes to be visible, hands-on and blend their time between projects that optimise our tooling and support with requests that come up on the fly. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise and juggle whilst maintaining a patient persona. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide swift technical support for our teams in UK, USA, Spain, Portugal, and Israel

• Onboard and offboard employees, and help train them on the systems we use

• Help streamline and automate processes and improve end user experience

• Create robust documentation

• Work closely with Procurement, Facilities and Infosec to create and maintain safe IT processes 

• Collaborate with the IT Manager to build a scalable Workplace Technology infrastructure 

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years as an IT Support Engineer

• macOS MDM experience (Jamf preferred)

• Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

• Excellent communicator, able to engage people of all technical abilities

• Calm under pressure and able to prioritise competing requirements

• Someone who can come to our London-based office 2/3 days per week 

• Someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in 

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Okta, and Microsoft 365

• Experience with scripting, coding, and API integrations
