The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Relationship Marketing Manager to build and scale demand for Intent HQ through content- and event-led relationship marketing.
This role sits at the intersection of content, events, and commercial outcomes. You are accountable for using content and experiences to create, nurture, and deepen relationships across the full sales funnel: top, middle, and bottom.
You will own the execution of our content and events programmes with a clear remit: building trust, credibility, and long-term engagement with prospects, partners, and customers. Working closely with Sales, Product, and subject matter experts, you’ll translate complex ideas into narratives and moments that support buying journeys, sales conversations, and deal progression.
This is a hands-on role. You will plan, produce, publish, and optimise content yourself, while coordinating contributors and partners where needed. You’ll also deliver Intent HQ’s events programme—using events not just as moments of attention, but as relationship accelerators throughout the funnel.
You’ll bring a strong instinct for quality storytelling, a commercial mindset, and curiosity about how AI can be applied practically to scale relationship-driven marketing—aligned to Intent HQ’s ambition to be an AI-native business.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship-Led Content
Create content and narratives designed to build trust, credibility, and demand across the full customer journey—not just top-of-funnel awareness.
Develop and execute content programmes that support relationship-building throughout the funnel
Own and execute content across:
Social (with a primary focus on LinkedIn)
Short-form video
Blog and long-form content
Newsletters and relationship-driven email
Product updates and release communications
Landing pages and campaign assets
Lead on Intent HQ’s LinkedIn presence whilst & collaborating with the Growth Marketing Manager
Work closely with Sales to ensure content aligns to live deals, account priorities, and sales narratives.
Track engagement and relationship signals (not just leads), iterating content based on what builds momentum and trust.
Contribute to the creative development of visual assets, with the ability to brief, review, and where needed create or adapt simple design outputs (e.g. social graphics, event visuals, presentations).
Events as Relationship Accelerators
Own the execution of Intent HQ’s events calendar with a relationship-first lens, including:
Owned events
Field marketing activations
Partner and industry events
Design events to support relationship-building at different stages of the funnel, from early education to late-stage deal support and customer engagement.
Coordinate logistics, timelines, and deliverables, collaborating with the Marketing Executive to manage internal teams and external supplier commitments.
Support event promotion and follow-up through content, social, and targeted communications.
Work with Sales to ensure events have clear relationships and commercial outcomes.
Collaboration & Operations
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure relationship marketing efforts support revenue goals.
Maintain clear workflows, timelines, and documentation for content and events delivery.
Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve the speed, relevance, and scalability of relationship-driven content and events.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who understands that demand is built through relationships, not forms.
You have experience delivering content and events in a fast-moving tech environment and understand how storytelling, consistency, and well-timed engagement support buying decisions. You’re commercially aware, comfortable working with Sales, and focused on helping deals progress through relevance and trust.
You’re a practical storyteller with strong judgement. You know what resonates at different stages of the funnel and are comfortable owning delivery end-to-end.
We’re looking for someone with experience delivering content in a fast-moving tech environment, who can also demonstrate the organisational and communication skills required to execute an events programme.
3+ years’ experience in content, brand, or storytelling roles within a startup or high-velocity tech environment.
Proven ability to build and maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple channels.
Strong instincts for content distribution and social performance—you understand what works, what doesn’t, and why.
Experience translating technical or product-led topics into simple, credible messaging.
Creative tendencies, with a working knowledge of digital design tools and workflows (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar), and an eye for good visual communication.
Demonstrated ownership mentality and strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Comfort working in a lean team where priorities move quickly.
Type-A tendencies: detail-oriented, delivery-focused, and proud of high-quality output.
A motivated self-starter mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do.
Based within commuting distance of central London and able to work from the office three days per week.
The Role is not
A purely strategic or advisory content role.
A role focused only on writing, or only on events.
A place to hide behind agencies or long approval cycles.
This role is about execution, consistency, and momentum.
